Jesus is Coming Back
When confronted by some sort of change in our lives, it is not uncommon to ask, or at least think; "What's in it for me?" Will it raise or lower my standard of living? Will my quality of life improve or deteriorate?". The most drastic change ever likely to affect our lives and the world we live in will happen when Jesus Christ returns to set up God's kingdom. Yes, Jesus is coming back, perhaps much sooner than we all expect.
But when confronted by this fact, a typical reaction is more likely to be, "So what?", than, "What's in it for me?". Why is this? Well it's because most people know little or nothing about God and His Son Jesus, nor His plan for man upon the earth.
Confronted with a surgeon's offer of life or death, knowing that he can cure at little or no risk, most, if not all of us, would choose the life-saving operation. This is because we KNOW that surgery can be successful in many cases these days. What many of us don't know, is that when Jesus returns, he will have the power to give good quality, everlasting life, in a perfect world. At no risk! He will give it to those who have chosen to follow him during their mortal lives in the way God has laid down in His book The Bible.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoseoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3 v 16)
Jesus is coming back! What's in it for you?
If you ignore the fact - death!
If you are truly ready for his return - everlasting life!
It really is up to you to find out more.
